How different are the exams?

Hi,
How different are the different MBA entrance exams? I am beginning my innings with the CET 2006, and if I do not get into a great institute, I will appear for CAT 2006. My question is, if I have seriously prepared for these two exams, am I prepared for all exams, or are the exams quite different?

You are very much right. Most of the MBA entrance exams can be classified into 2 categories based on diffuculty level: 1) CAT oriented: (CAT, XAT, IIFT, FMS, JMET) and 2) CET Oriented: (CET, NMAT, SNAP, IBSAT). While CAT oriented exams are tougher than others, the CET oriented exams have certain new question types like Visuals and Puzzles. So, if you are prepared for these two exams, you are very much prepared for other exams as well.
