Hi,
I have picked up this issue from the answer to Q.56. I have mentioned there that how 'written' English, has also become gibberish of late, with most of us cutting down on words to save time and effort!
I believe that it is just a matter of habit...For example I myself send a lot of sms but never tried to play around with the language. I still use "you" instead of "U" and "tonight" instead of "2ngt"...
If this continues, we may have to come out with a new dictionary to acquaint ourselves with the new lingo?
What do you say? Is is a reflection of the fast pace of life we are living in. Or is it a reflection being 'trendy' and in tune with the times...
I don't mind till this problem ends at sms. But I find that this has crept into our mails, essays and any other written form of communication. What say people? Is it such a alarming issue....or we should just be brushing this aside?
snd in ur cmnts & sggtns on ths isue.. also partpt in th poll!
