Hi,
I have extended the deadline for Q.51 by another day, with a big hint! So the scores for today remain the same as that for yesterday.
Today, being a Sunday...its time for another Verbal question!
This time it is 'Doublets' once again. For those who don't know what is a 'Doublet', please refer to Q.70 for rules and example.
Here is your question for the day:
Q.70.
What is the minimum number of steps required to convert 'ONE' into 'TWO'?
Put on your verbal caps and answer this one!

Manish sir

Hi,
Piyush is again right in his answer that it takes 8 steps to convert "ONE" to "TWO"!!
But I have just sought a clarification about the word "owt" that he has used!!
In case he is able to submit substantial evidence regarding the validity of the word, he would get 5 points!
However for the time being I will give him only 2 points for this one...
Here is the correct solution:
ONE, OWE, EWE, EYE, DYE, DOE, TOE, TOO, TWO
